Dear God, I want to take a moment and not ask anything of You,
But simply say thank You for all I have.

There are days when I simply struggle with a difficult situation. I worry about those I love and struggle to find a way to help. Sometimes things are just out of my control.
Lord God, I know You are here.
I trust in Your presence, Your power, Your goodness, and Your complete control over everything I’m facing.
Help me walk through the questions, assured of Your answers, even though they’re still unclear to me.
I know that even now, when I don’t understand, I have You with me, and that is all that matters.
I love You and I trust You,

The chant Om Namah Shivaya is a love song, to ourselves. A love song we sing to our own deepest inner nature.
In this chant we recognize that we are the source, a piece of the whole.

Long day today. When I am tired, I tend to go with my favorite loving kindness meditation.
Let me be safe
Let me be healthy
Let me be happy
Let me be prosperous

Most of us have faced disappointments, which have taught us that we can only depend upon ourselves.
But living the life God has called us to means unlearning that lesson.
There is a flow of energy in the universe…
When we go against the flow, we struggle.
When we allow God’s spirit to shape and influence our thoughts, words and actions… we find harmony.
We are meant to rest in God’s understanding.
Trust in the LORD with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding (Proverbs 3:5).
Today is going to be a wonderful day.

As I head into the weekend, help me to be present in the moment with family and friends, understanding things are just as they should be.
