God,
I open my heart and soul to receive Your infinite love. As I receive Your love, I ask for a miracle to protect my family and friends in Sonoma County. Keep them safe, lift their spirits, and deliver them from the darkness.
Amen.
Thank you for strengthening and encouraging me.
Help me to change what I find hardest into what is best for me.
Amen.
Prayer is a way to practice mindfulness and be more connected to God and each other.
Though life appears to be very complicated, the more connected we are, the simpler life becomes.
The more we pray, the more connected we become.
Yesterday’s prayer gives us strength to practice today.
Today’s prayer gives us strength to pray tomorrow.
Every day we develop a deeper contemplation of the Mother, the Father, and the infinite Love that God has for us.
I am grateful.
Amen.
Lord God, I know You are here. I trust in Your presence, Your power, Your goodness, and Your complete control over everything I’m facing. Help me walk through the questions, assured of Your answers, even though they’re still unclear to me. And whatever my challenge, let it be an occasion to deepen my life’s purpose. I know that even now, when I don’t understand, I have You with me, and that is all that matters. I love You and I trust You, Amen.
Finding a solution or a path around the obstacles standing in our way can be a challenge. It is often emotions and thought patterns that hold us back from taking the actions necessary to solve problems and change problematic behaviors.
The spirit controls the mind and the mind controls our body and actions.
If our internal state (spirit) is unified with our desire (mind) we can achieve anything (actions).
This mantra helps us align our spirit with Lord Ganesha, the remover of all obstacles.

“Ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you. For everyone who asks receives, and the one who seeks finds, and to the one who knocks it will be opened.”
(Luke 11:9-10)
God will meet us wherever we are at
No problem is too big
No divide is too wide
No history is too long
Problems can be solved
Bridges can be built
What we do today becomes tomorrow’s past, we can re-write our history.
God,
May I walk in confidence knowing you are always with me.
I thank You for Your blessings which strengthen my body, mind and spirit.
I am renewed.
I am grateful.
I am faithful.
I am loved.
Amen.
God,
With You all things are possible.
I ask for Your healing hand.
Fill me with the healing power of Your spirit,
and renew my mind, body, and soul.
I pray that You bless all those that are sick and suffering with Your loving care, renew their strength and heal what ails them.
Amen.
