Help me to always trust in You with all my heart.

May I forget what is in the past and focus on the potential for what lies ahead.

Allow me to be like the sun and shine with love and compassion regardless of the clouds, storms and shadows.

Amen.

God,

Help me to rest in the truth of ‘Great is Your love for me.’

May nothing separate me from You today.

Keep me from being distracted by MY wants, MY desires, MY thoughts on how things should be.

Help me to embrace what comes my way as an opportunity.

I believe I have heard from God and He has planted a seed in my heart and put me on a path of purpose.

Thank You for the gift of today.

Today I celebrate the birth of Jesus, His life, His death, and His resurrection.

I am grateful for Your presence in my life.

Open my eyes and let me see everyone as You see them!

After completing my morning Loving Kindness meditation, two inspirations with the same message are resonating within me:

“God loves because of who God is, not because of who we are.”

God,

Help me to embrace and practice Loving Kindness in everything I do today.

God,

Help me to hear the voice of the Holy Spirit.

Deepen my wisdom and discernment regarding my own spiritual life, my marriage, and my relationship with my family.

Allow me to listen carefully without being judgmental.

May I love all those around me as You love me.

Amen.

Mother, Father and Holy Spirit,

You are full of grace and infinite love.

Thank You for this morning, a new dawn, a fresh start.

Help me to walk forward from this moment with love and compassion.
