Day 84

Some days I feel like I take 2 steps forward and 3 steps back.

God,

Help me to trust and have faith in the path you have created for me.

Help me to see through frustration and reach understanding.

Help me to replace worry with belief,

Help me to transform fear into confidence.

Help me to love others as you love me.

Amen.

Day 83

“To have PEACE does not mean to be in a place where there is no noise, trouble or hard work. It means to be in the midst of those things and still be calm in your heart.” -unknown

GOD,

I ask you to strengthen my mind, body and spirit.

When I’m weary, may I be refreshed.

When I’m worn, may I be renewed.

When I’m broken, may I be restored.

When I’m fearful, may I become faithful.

May I walk in complete confidence knowing that You are with me.

Amen.

Day 82

Native American inspiration as a Thank You and reminder that I am forever connected to the souls that have received me.

I give you this one thought to keep
I am with you still – I do not sleep
I am a thousand winds that blow
I am the diamond glints on snow
I am the sunlight on ripened grain
I am the gentle autumn rain
When you awaken in the mornings hush
I am the swift, uplifting rush
of quiet birds in circled flight
I am the soft stars that shine at night
Do not think of me as gone –
I am with you still – with each new dawn.

Day 81

Thank You God for the blessing of friendship and for the circle of love that surrounds me and my family. My friends have brought such joy and encouragement into my life, may I always be grateful and return the love, compassion and joy I am blessed to receive.

Amen.

Day 80

It is said that a person need not understand the language of a mantra, because the sound vibration transcends the sensual, mental and intellectual levels of consciousness and puts one directly in touch with the spiritual.

Om Namah Shivaya.

Hare Krishna, Hare Krishna, Krishna Krishna, Hare Hare

Hare Rama, Hare Rama, Rama Rama, Hare Hare

Om Namo Bhagavate Vasudevaya

Om Mani Padme Hum

Om Tare Tuttare Ture Soha

Lokah Samastah Sukhino Bhavantu

Day 78

Prayer is a way to practice mindfulness and be more connected to God and each other. Though life appears to be very complicated, the more connected we are, the simpler life becomes.

The more we pray, the greater the strength it gives us.

Yesterday’s prayer gives us additional strength to practice today.

Today’s prayer will give us strength tomorrow.

Every day we become stronger and stronger by profounder thoughts of God and deeper contemplation of the Mother, the Father, and the infinite Love that God has for us.

Even the smallest prayer is a wonderful asset which will help us in the future.

Om Namo Bhagavate Vaasudevaya

Day 77

Today was such a beautiful day.

Thank you Mother Earth for your many gifts.

Thank you for the soil which strengthens my spirit.

Thank you for the water that renews my spirit.

Thank you for the wind that lifts my spirit.

Amen.

Day 76

To be known, and fully loved is a blessing.

Thank You for all those who see me,

Who seek to understand, support and nurture me.

I am forever grateful to be able to come just as I am,

in every season of my journey, never alone, always connected.

Thank You God so much for my family and friends.

Amen.
