After completing my morning Loving Kindness meditation, two inspirations with the same message are resonating within me:
“God loves because of who God is, not because of who we are.”
“God’s love… just like the sun. It shines on everything all the time. Everything. It doesn’t measure, evaluate, judge and see who’s worthy of sunlight.”
God,
Help me to embrace and practice Loving Kindness in everything I do today.
